Hi Troels, I just finish my first 2-way speaker using your Peerless 830860 + Vifa DX25TG, with no experience in wood working but it was really fun to make it. I have used birch plywood cut by 30mm and glued together (same inside volume but bigger outside because of 30mm thickness). not easy to make the hole for the peerless. I'm still working on the crossover and filling inside with polyfill also finishing the wood, but still, the sound is awesome, I'm spending 1~2 hours every night after work listening music...
