Thanks to you, my old dream has come true. Finally I finished working on this project. It took me almost a year to complete the work since I do not have a workshop and there is no city nearby to order a housing... I made all the machines myself in the garage . The body is built exactly as you indicated, except for the stiffeners. For the front panel, I used an ash tree with a thickness of 25 mm....side panels plywood 21mm plus ash veneer 3mm
In the process of work, I wanted to use 100 percent exactly the same materials as you indicated....it was very difficult to find them in Russia ...
Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the sound yet because there is no sound amplifier yet.....
I will tell you that it is difficult for me to write anything about sound because I have never had serious acoustics of this level
I will buy an amplifier, then I will share my impressions about the sound and send a link to the video
