Hi Troels, I built your Seas Maya project and am very happy with the results. Here are some pictures of the build process. I made the baffles from solid white oak. A little bit of a controversial material choice as using solid wood can always be risky. I did back the Baffles with 6mm MDF...I wrapped the bare carcass with 6mm MDF that I had veneered with oak.
