Hi Troels.
As promised, here are a few photos of your NOMEX 164 design that I built.  They are finished in Maple veneer with a coat of shellac, then three coats of acrylic poly and then a coat of hand rubbed wax.  The strips on the baffle are Poplar with an espresso stain and then finished as above.  On the sound, I will just say that they are clear and detailed with a full, rich sound.  They also have a very good amount of bass (40L version) and they do a really amazing job of disappearing with my equipment and in my room.  Thank you very much for the design and your wonderful site and for your help throughout the build.  Evan Cox.
