Hello Mr Gravesen,
Thank you for your help on building this speaker project. I would not
have been able to do this without your website. The build had a few
challenges. The routing took longer than expected. On the first attempt
all went well until I noticed two left speakers had been cut. There was
enough black HDF remaining to make a new front panel. I was lucky. In my
location the HDF is expensive. I used the black HDF on the fillets to
attach the front panel. This didn't seem like a great choice when
attaching the front panel. The HDF did not seem to have the ability to
hold a screw well. In the picture you can see I drilled the HDF out and
filled the holes with epoxy. This held the screws and the front panel
seems to be very secure. I am 100% satisfied with the result. The
speakers have been completed and in place for almost six months. Thank
you again for all of your help.
