I finally got around to taking some photos of my TL3s. I stuck to all your internal and baffle dimensions, but constructed the external cabinets from a single skin of 30mm thick birch ply. They will be used in a more appropriate sized room when we move to our house in Scotland, but still sound superb just now. I will remove the black paint from the left pedestal as I prefer the natural one on the right. The only other thing I experimented with was using some vibrostop feet - from eBay. The felt pads work nicely on the wooden floor, letting me slide the speakers back easily when not in use.
The front baffle was bent by routing out a 30mm wide slot in the back to 3mm from the front of the baffle and then reinforcing with a beam behind.
