Hello Troels, I built the speakers Jazzman following your project, but I made some changes. The crossover is located on the rear panel to prevent the wiring from the terminals up to the plate. I used solid touliper for all the skirts and front MDF for all those inside. The sound is absolutely great. Low frequencies are palpable, filling the room as a real subwoofer and high averages are very transparent, even with the strong attenuation are very realistic. Few weeks have passed since I finished and still improve every day. These speakers have been playing for several months with no exterior paint, because I was afraid dismantle everything to paint the cabinets. Finally, these are the pictures over, now missing only the front grilles. From Italy, saluti, Alfonso.
