just finished the Illuminator 71s. Thought it cool to mount tweeters outside the box. Built from the Jantzen kit. Well worth the wait from Europe.
Your specs were still maintained, volume and baffle dimensions. Port flares are reversed for a little less work . Gorilla Glue with a little water expands to fill gaps.
Astonishing how deep and articulate the bass is. Gorgeous sounding all-around.

Just updated pics with new SolidSteel stands lowering tweeters to proper level. Yields more insight ,wide open soundstage.
